This PA Portal Privacy Policy explains how TeleMainia LLC d/b/a Phone Actress® ("TeleMainia," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains Personal Information through the website, portal, application process, account tools, and related online services made available at pa.telemainia.com and any related webpages, systems, or features that link to this Privacy Policy (the "Portal").
This Privacy Policy applies to Applicants, PAs, and other persons who access or use the Portal. An "Applicant" is a person who applies to participate in a TeleMainia program. A "PA" is a person who has been approved to participate in a TeleMainia program.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Portal. It does not apply to the public informational website located at www.phone-actress.com, except to the extent that website links to this Privacy Policy. It also does not apply to any third-party website, service, or platform that is governed by its own privacy policy.

Adult-Oriented Opportunity
The Portal is used for applications, onboarding, account administration, communications, resources, payment-related information, and related tools for adult-oriented telephone entertainment opportunities.
The Portal is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information through the Portal from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a person under 18 through the Portal, we delete that information or take other appropriate action.

This information may include:
- sample greetings recorded or submitted for review;
- voice recordings;
- recorded stories;
- performance-related recordings or audio materials;
- comments, profile information, or other written submissions; and
- related metadata, timestamps, review notes, status indicators, and performance data.
We do not use voice recordings to create biometric templates or identify a person by biometric characteristics unless separately disclosed or authorized. Voice recordings may still be considered sensitive Personal Information under some privacy laws.

- from affiliates, related entities, or program partners involved in administering approved PA accounts or related programs; and
- from legal, regulatory, compliance, security, or fraud-prevention sources where appropriate.

- To create, administer, authenticate, and secure Portal accounts;

How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose Personal Information as follows:
- Service Providers. We disclose Personal Information to service providers that perform services for us, including hosting, security, IT support, analytics, communications, SMS messaging, payment administration, tax documentation, identity or age verification, fraud prevention, customer support, business operations, and technical services.
- Affiliates and Related Entities. We may disclose Personal Information to affiliates and related entities for business, operational, administrative, payment, compliance, security, or program-administration purposes.
- Payment, Tax, and Verification Providers. We may disclose Personal Information to banks, payment processors, prepaid card providers, payroll card providers, tax form providers, tax advisers, identity-verification providers, age-verification providers, and related service providers.
- Professional Advisers. We may disclose Personal Information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, consultants, insurers, and other professional advisers.

We do not knowingly sell Personal Information collected through the Portal.
We do not knowingly share Personal Information collected through the Portal for cross-context behavioral advertising, as that term is used under California privacy law.

Analytics tools may collect device information, browser information, IP address, pages viewed, features used, dates and times of access, referring pages, and interaction data.

SMS Text Alerts and Communications
If you provide a mobile phone number or sign up for SMS text alerts, we may use your mobile phone number and related communication information to send application updates, onboarding instructions, operational notices, availability alerts, imbalance alerts, account notices, and other business-related communications.
We may collect and use SMS-related information, including your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, consent records, opt-out records, alert preferences, message delivery information, and related communication records. We use this information to send and manage the text messages you request or agree to receive, administer your communication preferences, document consent, process opt-out requests, maintain business records, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal and carrier requirements, and operate the Portal.
Message frequency may vary depending on your application status, account activity, alert settings, and TeleMainia’s operational needs. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS text messages by replying STOP, and you may request help by replying HELP, unless different instructions are provided in the applicable message or text alert terms.
TeleMainia does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose SMS-related information to service providers that help us operate the Portal and messaging program, such as SMS messaging providers, carriers, hosting providers, security vendors, fraud-prevention vendors, and other vendors that process information for us, but only as needed to provide services to TeleMainia, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, protect our rights, or operate the messaging program.

Do Not Track
Some browsers allow you to send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to those signals. The Portal does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Global Privacy Control
Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), which can send a signal to process your request to opt out of certain types of data processing, including the "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Information under certain privacy laws.

Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada law provides Nevada residents with a limited right to opt out of certain sales of covered information. A Nevada resident who wishes to exercise this opt-out right may submit a request to us at: privacy@telemainia.com.
We do not currently sell covered information in a manner that triggers Nevada’s sale opt-out requirements.

Authorized Agents
Where required by applicable law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf.
We may require the agent to provide proof that you authorized the agent to act on your behalf. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us or confirm that you gave the agent permission to submit the request.
